Athlete Registration
Any PVSD learner in grades 7-12 wishing to participate in school-sponsored athletics must complete the online registration form and upload a PIAA section 6 physical form from their doctor. Registration must be completed online to be eligible to participate. Please DO NOT mail any physicals to the school. If you need assistance in getting registered, please see our instruction sheet.
WINTER & SPRING ATHLETES: If you DID NOT play a sport in a previous season, complete the fall/winter/spring registration. If you DID play a sport in a previous season, complete the recertification form only.
