Student Council Mission Statement

We, Pequea Valley Student Council, strive to unite the student body, faculty, and school board through teamwork, responsibility, and leadership. We take the initiative to benefit our school and improve our community by developing school spirit to better PVHS.

What We Do:

Student Council endeavors to build leadership skills within the club by inviting members to organize and lead school wide events.  Additionally, members have the opportunity to attend district and state level student council conferences where they can build leadership skills and network with other schools.

Student council creates school spirit by organizing and running school events like Homecoming, pep rallies, and school dances. Student council fosters relationships with the school board by attending board meetings and hosting an annual breakfast where learners, facilitators, and board members discuss important issues that our learning community faces at PVHS. Part of our mission is to build relationships within the community by helping to produce Spring Fling and other volunteer/charitable opportunities.
